The Saint Petersburg Foundation for Investment Projects is a non-profit organization not engaged in political activity and established to improve the investment climate in the country and promote targeted and efficient use of funds allocated to the development of infrastructure and construction works.

FISP’s activity is not aimed at making profit.

The main objectives of FISP are attracting Russian and foreign investment in projects implemented with the participation of public authorities, as well as providing comprehensive assistance in the implementation of investment projects to public authorities and organizations.

FISP is not entitled to interfere directly or indirectly in any activity of a political nature and to participate in political campaigns.
Main activity of Foundation for Investment Projects of St. Petersburg is connected with implementation of projects financed from the budget of Russian Federation with rising of funds of international financial organizations.
